It's a dog-friendly restaurant that has a menu for dogs as well. We loved this place. OMG! The server was amazing. He was knowledgeable, very polite, and nice. They were busy but he made sure everything is Ok with us. The service was fairly fast despite the big sign at the door which asks customers to be patient as they're experiencing short staff and long wait times. The food was great with a nice presentation. They're flexible with substituting items in the menu as long you're not getting too far I can't express how happy we are with this place. It is going to be our go-to restaurant. Our family recently held a baby shower (around 60 guests) for our daughter and son-in-law at Lucky Dog Grille. James, the owner, was very helpful and thorough throughout the planning of the menu, seating, setup, etc. The day of the shower he and his staff were accommodating and flexible, and the food was delicious! Thanks for helping to make our event fun and stress-free! We look forward to visiting Lucky Dog again when we're in town!

We live 60 miles away. But when we are traveling near the area we always try to hit Lucky Dog. The over-sized smoked wings are moist and flavorful. Do that with an appetizer of the cream cheese filled, bacon wrapped jalapenos and you'll be happy.

They specialize in smoked meats and they do a great job at it. The smoked wings were surprising because they are not the typical small wings and legs but whole pieces with a good amount of meat. I got mine with the house dry rub and enjoyed them. The burnt ends were very good with a sauce that had a nice sweetness to it. I tasted their ribs which also had a good smoked flavor. Hush puppies stood out, probably my favorite and I had a lot. A good crisp on the outside with a slightly sweet and soft cornmeal on the inside. Fries have a good crunchy texture like they are double fried, just the way I like them. Large beer selection and an enticing dessert menu. I wish I ate here sooner, but I always drive by, it didn't stick out to me. I want to try their burgers next. Plenty of TVs for sports. Service was prompt and pleasant. New fan, here.

My expectations were low for this place, my son picked it out while we were in town for her a sports tournament. I was more than pleasantly surprised, two of our party had wings and said they were great. My son had a pulled pork sandwich that was gone faster than anyone should be allowed to eat. My salad was the best one I’ve had in some time.

My husband and I were visiting Mason for the Cincinnati Open and this location was a very convenient distance from our hotel so we decided to check it out. The service was great, the food was delicious, reasonably priced, and a good portion. We both finished our meals and were not stuffed, which is refreshing! I got the Brisket & Mushroom Mac which was a totally new flavor combination for me. My husband got the Prime Rib Hoagie and he let me have a bite to try. Both meals were fantastic! Our server was very sweet and attentive. We would definitely come back if we visit again.

Came to eat here for the first time and ALL OF IT WAS AWESOME! The service was great the food the atmosphere. I mean wow. So good we will definitely become regulars here!!

First off, the name says it all. We came in to sit on the patio with our three dogs and both owners came out to greet us and our pups! We were the only ones on the patio, so they let us take the dogs off leash for ease of our dining experience. The patio has a gate as to keep dogs from escaping. They have a special food menu just for the dogs and every detail is curated to the pups! As soon as we got there, the server came out with two bowls of water for the dogs. The staff and service were absolutely incredible, polite, and the server made great food suggestions. They have a decent local craft beer selection too. I would highly recommend this place if you like to take your dog to new places!
